Developed a solution for vetting any Tech position at scale. We automated the hiring process by efficiently screening, interviewing, and vetting candidates objectively with AI reducing ~70% the total time spent. I supported defining the product strategy, the launch and go-to-market strategy, finding Product-Market Fit, and establishing growth loops. We also raised $180k USD pre-seed for project implementation.
Moonshot Partners 2020 - 2022
Moonshot is a remote Product Development agency, I joined as a Product Manager that participated in different projects within the EdTech industry, particularly English Language Learning for industry giants like Pearson and Go1 (e.g., Walker by Wizard, English.com, Home Learning, and Anytime in partnership with Liverpool Football Club). Then became the manager and led a diverse team of 6 to 10 highly-motivated individuals from different backgrounds to achieve industry-leading results.
